Media

This section lets you manage the multimedia files (images, videos, documents) used by your applications, and track their processing.

When do you use this section?

• You want to view or administer the platform's media files
• You need to configure the media management service
• You want to track the status of ongoing processing (conversion, resizing, analysis...)

Accessing media management

From the main menu on the left, click Media.

Two subsections are available:

Media service configuration

Access the service's configuration settings: supported formats, maximum file size, automatic processing options.

Ongoing and completed processing

View the list of processing operations (conversion, resizing, antivirus analysis...) with their status: pending, in progress, or completed. Any errors are clearly flagged so you can take action.
