Legal Entities and Contacts

A Legal Entity is the formal organization (company, association, local authority...) that you associate with a Partner or a Client. Contacts are the individuals attached to these entities.

When do you use this section?

  • You need to record the legal information of a new organization (SIRET, RCS, address...)
  • You want to add or edit a contact within an organization
  • You want to view the directory of all your entities and contacts

Accessing entities and contacts

From the main menu on the left, click Business then Entities.

Two tabs are available: Entities and Contacts.

Each entity groups together the legal and administrative information of an organization:

  • Trade name and Legal name
  • Legal form (SAS, SARL, Association...)
  • SIRET number and RCS
  • Intra-community VAT number
  • Full address (street, city, postal code, country)
  • Country of incorporation of the entity

To create an entity, click + New entity and fill in the fields. To edit an existing entity, click its name in the list.

You can also create an entity directly from the creation form of a Partner or a Client, without going through this section.

Managing contacts

Each contact is attached to a legal entity and represents a human point of contact:

  • Title, First name, Last name
  • Role within the organization
  • Business email address
  • Landline and Mobile phone

To create a contact, click + New contact in the Contacts tab.
