My Profile

Your profile brings together your personal information and display preferences. You will also find a summary of your rights and access on the platform here.

When do you use this section?

• You want to update your contact details (phone, job title)
• You want to change your interface language or your time zone
• You want to check what rights you have on the platform

Accessing your profile

Click your avatar at the top right of the screen, then select My Profile.

Information you can edit

• First name and Last name
• Job title: your position title
• Landline phone and Mobile phone
• Time zone: so dates and times are displayed in your reference frame
• Preferred language: French or English
• Preferred theme: light, dark, or automatic
• Subscription to the WakaStart newsletter

Click Save to confirm your changes.

Read-only information

Some information is managed by your administrator and cannot be changed from your profile:

• Email address: your login identifier
• Wakastellar ID: your unique reference on the platform
• Administration level: the role assigned to you
• Application rights: the list of permissions granted
• Assigned profiles: the profiles active on your account
• HDS roles: any health data roles you hold

If you want to change this information, contact your administrator.
