Audit Logs

Audit logs record all significant actions performed on the platform: logins, creations, modifications, deletions. They let you know who did what, and when.

When do you use this section?

  • You need to verify that an action was actually performed (e.g., was a user really deactivated?)
  • You want to detect suspicious behavior (failed login attempts, unusual access)
  • You are preparing a compliance report (GDPR, HDS, internal audit)
  • You need to export logs to hand them over to an external auditor

Accessing the logs

From the main menu on the left, click Security then Audit Logs.

At the top of the page, four indicators alert you in real time:

  • Total entries: overall log volume
  • Critical (24h): displayed in red if greater than 0 — requires your immediate attention
  • Errors (24h): displayed in orange if greater than 0
  • Alerts (24h): displayed in amber if greater than 0

Filtering the logs

Use the filters at the top of the list to refine your search:

  • User ID: to see all actions by a specific person
  • Severity level: Critical, Error, Alert, Warning, Information
  • Action type: the code of the operation performed
  • Source IP address: to identify connections from a specific address
  • Time period: define a date and time range

Logs are organized into three categories accessible via tabs: User, API, and Public.

Verifying log integrity

You can select several log entries and click Verify to check that these entries have not been tampered with. A green icon confirms integrity, a red icon indicates an anomaly to investigate.

Exporting the logs

  1. Click Export (or press E).
  2. Choose the format: structured table or delimited file.
  3. Define the desired date range.
  4. Enter the export reason (required for every export).
  5. Confirm. The export can contain up to 50,000 entries.
