Antivirus Module

The Antivirus module automatically scans files uploaded to the platform to detect and block malicious content. This section lets you supervise this service and take action when an alert occurs.

When do you use this section?

  • You want to check that the antivirus service is operational
  • A file has been placed in quarantine and you need to decide what to do with it
  • You want to view pending scans or those already performed
  • You need to configure scan policies (file types, automatic actions)

Antivirus dashboard

From the main menu on the left, click Security then Antivirus.

The main indicators are displayed:

  • Service status: Operational, Degraded, or Offline — a colored indicator alerts you immediately
  • Number of signatures: the number of active virus definitions (updated automatically)
  • Scans today: number of files scanned today
  • Threats detected: number of suspicious files identified
  • Files in quarantine: number of files currently isolated

Managing quarantine

Go to the Quarantine section to view files placed on hold. For each file, you can:

  • Release the file if you identify it as safe (false positive)
  • Permanently delete the file if it is confirmed malicious

Tracking the scan queue

The Queue section lists files being scanned or awaiting processing. You can monitor the progress of operations and identify any bottlenecks.

Configuring scan policies

The Policies section lets you define scan rules: which file types to scan, which action to apply automatically when something is detected (quarantine, block, notification...).
