Customers
Create, configure, and manage the customer organizations of your network.
Customers
A Customer is an organization (company, association, public service, etc.) to which you grant access to your platform. This is the level at which end users log in.
When do you use this section?
- You want to add a new customer organization to your network
- You want to edit the information of an existing customer
- You need to suspend or delete a customer
- You want to view the list of your customers and their status
Accessing the customer list
From the main menu on the left, click Organization then Customers.
The list displays, for each customer: its name, the network it belongs to, the associated application, its status, and its short subdomain.
If your account manages only one customer, you will automatically be redirected to its configuration page.
Creating a customer
Before creating a customer, make sure you have selected a network in the global filter at the top of the page. Without this selection, creation is blocked.
- Click + New customer at the top right.
- Fill in the information:
- Legal entity: select an existing entity or create a new one (commercial name, legal name, SIRET, etc.)
- Name: the organization's name as it will appear in the interface (required)
- Description: short presentation (optional)
- Status: Active, Inactive, or Suspended
- Short subdomain: shortened address for this customer (optional)
- Allow self-registration: if enabled, users will be able to create their own account on this customer
- Click Create.
Configuring an existing customer
Click the gear icon next to the customer to access its full configuration page: theme, domains, enabled features, and advanced options.
Deleting a customer
Click the trash icon. If the customer has associated data (users, teams, profiles, etc.), a summary is shown to you. To confirm deletion, you will need to enter the customer's unique code. This operation is irreversible.
URL redirects
A URL redirect lets you point a custom subdomain to a specific page of your application — handy for giving a memorable address to a customer, without exposing the app's actual technical URL.
When do you use this feature?
- You want to offer a dedicated address for this customer, redirecting to a specific page of the application (login portal, personalized space, etc.)
- You need to change the target environment or page without breaking the address already communicated to this customer
- You want to check the status of an existing redirect
Creating a redirect
- From the customer's configuration page, open the URL Redirects tab.
- Click + New redirect.
- Fill in the Source block:
- Domain: a custom domain of the application, or the platform's shared domain
- Subdomain: the prefix that will appear in the address (a single word, no dot)
- Fill in the Destination block:
- Route: the application route to target
- Environment: the environment in which the route is deployed
- Path and query parameters: optional, added to the destination address
- Click Create. The redirect moves to Pending status, then Active once provisioned.
The domain and subdomain of the Source block can no longer be changed once the redirect is created. If you make a mistake, delete the redirect and create a new one.
Editing the destination
You can change the targeted route, environment, path, or query parameters at any time, without recreating the redirect or affecting the source address already communicated to this customer.
Changing the target environment automatically changes the displayed source address (the environment prefix is part of it) — remember to re-communicate the new address if necessary.
Tracking a redirect's status
| Displayed status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The redirect has just been created, awaiting processing |
| Being created | Technical resources are being provisioned |
| Active | The redirect is working: the source address correctly redirects to the destination |
| Failed | Provisioning failed — contact your technical team |
| Being deleted | The redirect is being deleted |
| Deleted | The redirect no longer exists |
Deleting a redirect
Click the trash icon next to the redirect, then confirm. Deletion never affects the route or environment targeted by the destination.
