Teams
A Team groups users of the same customer. It lets you manage access collectively: giving a group of people the same access level, without configuring each account individually.
When do you use this section?
- You want to create a working group within a Customer
- You want to assign users to an existing team
- You need to define different access levels for subgroups (e.g., a team of managers with more rights than a team of agents)
Accessing the team list
From the main menu on the left, click Organization then Teams.
The list displays, for each team: its name, its description, the customer it belongs to, and the number of members. Click the Members button to see directly who is in the team.
Creating a team
- Click + New team at the top right.
- Fill in the team's name and a short description.
- Click Create.
Managing a team's members
- Click the Manage members icon (people) next to the team.
- The list of all the customer's users is displayed.
- For each user, you can:
- Check the box to add them to the team (or uncheck to remove them)
- Choose their level within the team: Admin, Manager, Member, Contributor, Reader, or None
- Click Save to confirm all your changes at once.
Editing or deleting a team
- Click the pencil icon to edit the team's name or description.
- Click the trash icon to delete the team. Member users are not deleted, only unlinked from the team.
